General Conditions of Use
We ask you to read these Terms and Conditions closely before you use our website. When you sign up for a Player Account, you agree to these terms. The laws of Curacao govern these terms.
- Agreement: These terms make up the deal between 1Red and you (the player);
- Legal Responsibility: You need to know and follow your local laws about online gambling;
- Changes: We can update these terms anytime, with or without telling you. New terms start as soon as we post them on our website;
- Acceptance: If you keep using our services after we make changes, it means you agree to the new terms;
- Language: the English version of these Terms & Conditions is binding. We provide other versions just to give info.
Account Creation
You must be 18 or older to register with 1Red and you must provide correct details. You can have one account.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 to open an account;
- One Account : Each person can have just one account. Having more than one might get your account frozen;
- True Information: Give real facts about yourself, like your name, birthday where you live, email, and phone number. Lying about these things could get your account closed or blocked;
- Checking Your Identity: You’ll need to prove who you are before you can take money out. You might have to send in ID papers;
- Cheating: We can stop or remove accounts that cheat or break our rules.
Personal Information
We make sure your personal data stays safe and doesn’t get shared with others. It’s up to you to keep your account secure.
- Privacy: Don’t tell anyone your login details;
- Safety: Keep your information in a safe place so others can’t get to it;
- Flag Problems: Let us know right away if you think someone’s using your data wrong or if there’s been a breach;
- Your Account, Your Job: You’re in charge of everything that happens with your account.
Rules for Using Promotions and Bonuses
Special deals and extra perks have their own rules to keep things fair and stop people from taking advantage.
- Withdrawal Limits: Players can take out up to 75 CAD from sign-up bonuses, not counting their deposit. If you go over this amount, you’ll lose the extra money;
- Bonus Eligibility: You can get one bonus per person, device, and home. Breaking this rule might cause you to lose your winnings;
- Country Restrictions: Players in Sweden can’t get bonuses. Other places might have limits too, depending on where you are;
- Winnings Cap: Unless we say something different, you can’t take out more than 15,000 CAD from bonuses;
- Bonus Validity: Your bonus lasts for 14 days, unless we tell you otherwise;
- Single Bonus: You can use one bonus at a time;
- Saying no to bonuses: You can choose not to get bonuses;
- Double-checking: We’ll check all requests to take out money that involve bonuses;
- Words matter: The English version of Bonus Terms is the one that counts. Other languages are just to help you understand.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Putting money in and taking it out has to follow certain guidelines. These rules make sure we handle funds and stick to our company policies.
- Payment Methods: You can use cards, e-wallets, and other payment options that have your name on them. This helps to stop fraud and make sure your transactions are safe;
- Deposit Limitations: There might be limits on how much you can deposit, depending on how you pay and what the rules say. Keep in mind any restrictions that could affect your transactions;
- Transaction Monitoring: We’ll look into any fishy transactions right away and take action as needed, following our rules against fraud;
- Verification: To get your money out, you need to prove who you are. This makes sure we send the funds to the right account;
- Refund Policy: We can refund credit card deposits up to the full amount you put in. We’ll pay any extra using other methods;
- Wagering Requirement: You need to bet your deposits three times before you can take money out. If you haven’t played any games, you have to bet the whole deposit amount before you can withdraw;
- Error Notification: If you get money by mistake because of an error, tell us right away. We’ll treat any money credited to you by accident as money you owe us.
